Student visa

Hungary Visa
In order to visit Hungary, it is important for Azerbaijani citizens to obtain a Hungarian visa.
There are 2 types of visa:
• Short-term (up to 90 days)
• Multivisa (more than 90 days)
 
Visa fees:
Visa fee – 35 EUR
No visa fee is required for children aged 0-12 and pensioners - free of charge
 
Documents required for visa:
      Foreign passport
      Reservation of departure and return tickets
      Reference from the institution where you work or, if you are a student, from the educational institution where you are studying
      Proof of payment of necessary expenses or bank statement
      Statement of your bank transactions for the last 6 months
      Voucher of your booked hotel or invitation letter sent to you
      Health insurance for the entire duration of the trip and for all Schengen countries in the amount of at least 30,000 euros
      Photo 3.5×4.5 cm
      Ready application form
      Copy of identity document and foreign passport
 
Other documents you may need when applying:
        Marriage certificate if you are married and also birth certificate if you have child(ren) under 18 years of age
        All students and pupils studying in higher or secondary educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan and applying for a visa must submit a certificate that they have studied at that educational institution
        Please note that Hungarian and Greek embassies require an official employment statement from the Electronic Government Portal when applying for a visa.
        As an added advantage to provide statements if you have any movable or immovable property in your name
Note: All other necessary documents except copies of passport and identity card must be in English or translated into English and notarized.
